"SILENCE IS WITHIN":DR SANJAY HONKALSE
Silence Is Within . . .
Silence speaks,always conveys something N is still speechless.
Silence saves energy*, makes one SOUND, yet soundless.
Silence is a safety zone of communication, it is GOLDEN.
It is a means through which one can have unison.
Saying well produces laughs, doing well produces silence.
Silence is peace, a bliss, it adds to resilience.
One who understands silenc,understands all by any standard.
Man is miniuniverse; silence a window between his inner n outer world.
Silence is always within, never without.
Silence is AWARENESS, no doubt.
One need not put an effort to be silent; it is effortless.
Effortless is 2 b AWARE, so silence is ABSOLUTE AWARENESS.
There was only silence before the Big Bang^from this the world was born.
That is why Vedic Religion puts Shanti (Silence) before Om, Shanti Om.
*Research shows uttering one word eats many calories.
^Om--one of the thousands of meanings of Om is Big Bang.
